What we do for HOA's



COMMUNITY LANDSCAPE INSPECTION



Conduct an assessment of the landscape, including irrigation of existing communities and when new communities are added to the portfolios.

Meet with contractors to address issues with their quality of work and or additional work requested by the HOA Boards.

Meet with contractors to walk and go over any issues that they and or the HOA Board may have.

Assist with checking on HOA Common Area Landscape to include, street tree trimming and health, weeds, standing water, drainage culverts. Evaluate declining, dead and nuisance tree removal and ensuring that the proper authorities are consulted for permits.

Advise when shrubs, trees and turf show signs of nutrient deficiencies.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTING



Conduct an assessment of the landscape, including irrigation of existing communities and when new communities are added to the portfolios.

SPECIAL PROJECTS



Manage and or assist with special projects involving, irrigation renovations, tree removal, pine straw applications, entrance and amenity enhancements, landscape planting renovations, meet with landscape architects on redesign of new landscapes.

Evaluate the project, assist with picking the best contractor for the given project and assist with bidding/quotes/negotiating the contracts.

Inspect the progress of the project.

Make a recommendation to the proper conclusion of a project for the board approval.

COMMUNITY BUDGETS



Evaluate and or make a recommendation concerning the HOA budget for landscape maintenance, materials, and irrigation.

For new communities/contracts, to make an initial assessment concerning budgets, current landscape status and possible future landscape needs.

Advise if there will be a need for tree work for the next year with an estimated cost.

Advise of anything with the landscape that should be considered prior to the next year’s budget approvals.

Assist with landscape maintenance and pond maintence budgets when New Development Communities come under contract.

PINE STRAW APPLICATIONS



Contract and oversee the pine straw applications for all common areas of the communities. This will entail providing the best quality straw and installation available. Meet with managers and/or board members prior to installation to assure all expectation will be satisfied. Meet all deliveries on site to inspect the quality and quantity per load prior to unloading for installations. Site visits during the applications to assure the installation meets all expectations.
